Dinner Menus from £30 person head

We can provide a range of ideas and choices for your lunch or dinner celebration menus please contact Janet to discuss your ideas. Minimum order for 8 people.

Our standard menus include:

A canape course served with your pre dinner refreshments, 2 course served meal, coffee and tablet and a small cheeseboard to finish.

Slow cooked barolo beef with glazed shallots, served with creamy mash, and seasonal greens with lemon posset and bluberries and homemade shortie

Roast Loin of Pork with tiny apple tart, apple sauce and skirlie, served with hasselback potatoes, glazed carrots and wilted greens with chocolate torte, fruit compote and creme fraiche

French style creamy chicken cooked with bacon and tarragon, served with mustard mash, new potatoes and green beans with warm sticky toffee pudding and fresh cream

Slow Roasted Leg of local Lamb with a Rosemary Red Wine Gravy served with boulangerie potatoes, roast vegetables and seasonal greens
Chicken with Goats Cheese and Thyme Wrapped in Parma Ham on a bed of Roasted Mediterranean Vegetables with herb buttered new potatoes
Moorish Hummus and Spinach Parcels with Harissa Yoghurt Sauce and tabouleh salad
