Well summer has definitely arrived - we can almost imagine that we are still in Greece! Weddings, barbeque salads and puddings and afternoon teas seem to be the order of the day, but boy has it been hot in the kitchen these past few weeks! Mexican Night is coming up this week at the rugby club - quesadilas, enchilladas and a few surprises are on the menu.
